Cork based, award winning, Portrait Photographer Victor Horgan has been operating from his Ballincollig based studio for over 20 years. He is a member of the Irish Professional Photographers Association and one of only a handful who have received their Associate in Wedding Photography. He is a past winner of Wedding Photographer of the Year and also Portrait Photographer of the Year.
